Molly's Dry-Rubbed Ribs


We are enjoying Barbeque season (yes, that's a season!). Ribs are always a hit at your summer get-togethers. There are so many varieties of sauces and rubs, it's hard to know which one to use or try first.

Turkey Oat Burgers


Turkey and Oat Burgers

Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 cup regular oats
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 TBS chili powder
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
1 (14.5 oz) can no salt added tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
Few TBS chicken broth
6 curly leaf lettuce leaves
6 slices tomato
Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2 inch think patty.
Heat a grill pan with a few TBS chicken broth over medium-high heat. Add patties; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done. Place patty on lettuce leaf and top with tomato.
