Memorial Day Weekend Water Challenge

Water is so important to the human body. Did you know that water:

  • Helps to lose weight
  • Gives you healthier skin
  • Fights infection
  • Gets rid of body toxins
  • Healthier heart
  • Prevents joint pains and arthritis
  • Boosts energy
  • Prevents constipation
  • Reduces risk of cancer
  • Improves productivity

How much to drink? You should aim to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces each day. Even though this is a three day challenge, try to make this a daily habit.
